Great news for all virtual pilots out there! The legendary FVP‑WarBirds‑FH server is back online, once again offering that classic atmosphere of historical air combat in IL‑2 Sturmovik: 1946.
If you've been missing the thrill of flying co-op and PvP missions with realism and a strong community spirit, now’s the time to reinstall your sim and take to the skies!
🔧 Requirements to Fly on the WarBirds Server:
To join the server, you’ll need the following setup:
IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946, version 4.12.2m
Mod HSFX 7.0.3
WarBirds Client 3.33
HyperLobby (optional, but helps you find the server easily)

WarBirds Client 3.33
These mods ensure you're running the correct configuration, avoiding compatibility issues and giving you full access to missions and server features.

The WarBirds server is maintained by the Finnish Virtual Pilots Association (FVP), a long-standing and respected group in the IL-2 community.
